PLEYO is incubating an open repository of W3C compliant widgets, that will be made available to OWB with W3C Widget Extension.

Many certification levels will be available :

full access to any widget
access to widgets validated by Pleyo
access to widgets validated by suppliers (operators, box manufacturers, …).
